Our story

Kinga is Hungarian, Mark is American, and we met in Ireland over a decade ago. We were brought together by a chance encounter at a work event in Dublin and a shared passion for architecture, interiors, and meaningful design. While Kinga brings a refined creative vision shaped by her background in marketing, Mark’s precision as a lawyer ensures each space is both beautifully executed and highly functional. Together, we’ve developed a collaborative approach that blends form and function with personality and purpose.

As a well-traveled, international family who has lived across multiple countries, we deeply understand the value of a property that is more than just a place to stay; it’s a base for living fully.
